Getting Started
To become a vendor, register an account and select the "Vendor" role. Once your store details are submitted, our admin team will review and approve your store within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once approved.
Joining is completely free. We operate on a commission model — a small percentage of each successful sale goes to the platform. Commission rates vary by category and are displayed transparently in your vendor dashboard.
Orders & Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by individual vendors based on your location and the product's weight. Many of our premium vendors offer free shipping on high-value orders. Shipping details are always shown before checkout.
You can track your order from your "My Orders" dashboard. Once a vendor ships your item, you'll receive real-time updates and a tracking number via email. Login and go to My Orders.
Yes, many of our vendors offer worldwide shipping. You can see the availability of international shipping on the product detail page under the "Shipping & Returns" tab.
Product & Authenticity
Absolutely. We have a strict vetting process for our vendors. Every artisan and brand on Demandiya is verified for quality and authenticity. Many products also come with certificates of authenticity where applicable.
You can contact a seller directly through the "Message Seller" button on the product page or from your order history if you have already placed an order.
Payments & Returns
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard), UPI payments, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. The items must be in their original condition with tags intact. Some categories like personalized items or intimate wear may have different policies. Check the "Return Policy" section on the product page for specific details.
Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
