Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Demandiya platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Not share your login credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or that remain inactive for extended periods.

Vendors are solely responsible for the products they list, including quality, legality, and accuracy of descriptions. By listing a product, you confirm:

• You have the legal right to sell the product
• All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate
• You will fulfill orders promptly and in the condition described

Demandiya reserves the right to remove listings that violate our standards or applicable law at any time.

Users agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform or its services, including but not limited to: fraud, spam, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data access. Violations may result in permanent account termination.

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products, subject to individual vendor policies displayed on each product page. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Demandiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting and the "Last Revised" date will be updated. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
