At Demandiya, we strive for perfection in every delivery. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. We aim to make this process as seamless as the discovery of our boutique collections.

7-Day Return Window

Most items purchased on Demandiya can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition
• All original tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity must be intact
• Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, certain items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized orders
• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Earrings and pierced jewelry
• Fragrances and beauty products with broken seals

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
